Trying to get your daily dose of herbal goodness when it’s 40 degree outside can prove a challenge. Instead of sweating over a pot of finely brewed tea, why not try freezing it?  With a recipe easy as 123, our green tea infused ice cubes are the perfect additions to your daily water intake, giving boring old H20 a little boost of flavour and energy when you need it most.

1. Brew some strong green tea
2. Add a tiny bit of honey
3. Let the tea cool and pour in ice cube tray (add a mint leaf, blueberry or slice of lemon to each ice cube holder for extra decoration)
4. Freeze and serve

To make it even more summery, freeze your green tea ice cubes into some fun shapes. Do flamingos, seahorses, anchors or pineapples tickle your fancy?
